How We Work
How It Works:
Get ready to transform your space! Simply choose a package that fits your needs. Our most popular option for residential cleaning is the fantastic 4-hour session—perfect for first-timers looking to kickstart the organization of their home or office!
Not sure how much time you’ll need?
No worries at all! We’re here to offer extra time if you need it! During your cleaning, feel free to use your time however you like. Our services are fully customizable; just tell us what you want tackled in your 2, 4, or 6-hour appointment, and we’ll dive and make it happen!
Want more time? We offer additional hours for $60 per hour!
Estimates:
All new clients will need to fill out an form that helps us understand your unique home and needs. We provide individual estimates for commercial jobs, post-construction, big events AirBNB properties, or homes 4,000 sqft and. In certain cases, we may determine that an in-person estimate is needed, and we’ll discuss that individually.
New Clients:
All new and current clients are required to pay for their booking in order to secure their spot. Bi-weekly, monthly, and weekly clients are encouraged to pay for the dates that they would like to secure or else those days will remain open for anyone to book unless stated otherwise. Holistically Clean Cleaning charges a ONE-TIME $75.00 fee for all new clients. This fee is a blind estimate/assessment charge that gets you started on your journey! If you’re a returning client and haven’t used our services in over 6, you’ll be treated as a new client and charged new client fee.

Cancellations/Rescheduling:
Need to make changes to your scheduled cleaning? Just let us know! All cancellations must be 48 hours before your scheduled appointment for a refund, minus the $75 fee. Rescheduling? No problem! Just do it within 24 hours of your appointment at no extra charge. We can’t wait to help you create a sparkling clean space!
